Specialized Personal Trainer:
Personal trainer specializing in the specific/unique needs of female clients. (for example, pre/post natal exercise; strength training for women) position will include developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining individual exercise recommendations for club clients in a professional and quality manner to ensure exceptional member satisfaction and retention. This position will also include selling personal training sessions and/or programs.
Position: Specialized Personal Trainer
Location: FFC Union Station
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: At FFC, Personal Trainers earn commission based on experience and certifications. Commission rates range from $40 - $74 per session based on experience and certifications. New trainers have the opportunity to earn bonuses ($500-$1000/month) in their first 3 months.
New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60-90 Days):
  • Choose 5+ shifts/week (6 hours each) including at least one weekend shift.

First 90 Days Responsibilities:
  • Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc.
  • Oversee the fitness floor
  • Greet members - get to know our members!
  • Perform outreach (email/calls) - building your book of business is a major part of this job. Use sales techniques to show your expertise and value as a top notch trainer!

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in exercise physiology or related field
  • Certification: Nationally accredited Personal Training certification
  • Experience: 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience
  • Expertise: Must be or have been a Master and/or Elite level trainer
  • Safety: CPR and AED certification

  • Manage Your Schedule: Organize weekly appointments.
  • Commitment: Full-time (30 hours/week, including weekends).

  • Promote FFC Programs: Match members to relevant programs.

  • Organize Client Files: Maintain detailed records.
