THE JOB:
As a Spa Host, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see as they begin their wellness experience. With your warm welcome and attention to detail, you'll help create a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. By understanding each guest's needs, you'll take ownership of their experience and create moments they'll remember long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.00 + Commission
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
  • Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, ensuring they are well stocked and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
  • Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (Male or Female)
  • Guest service experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in a spa, salon, or retail setting is a plus
