Job description

Counter Sales - Warehouse - Stand Up Forklift Associate
Hiring a Warehouse Associate with stand-up Forklift and Counter Sales or Customer Service experience to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. This is a warehouse heavy position but will need to have some customer service skills that will assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts in the computer system etc.
PAY RATE: 19.00 hour
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)
LOCATION: Lithia Springs, GA 30122
DUTIES:

  • Under general supervision, performs manual warehouse and computer clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
  • Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
  • Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
  • Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
  • Completes written and computerized documentation.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED - Required
  • Drug Test
  • Background Check (Felony and Misdemeanor last 7 years)


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stand Up Forklift - Required
  • Counter Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
  • Shipping and Receiving experience
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
  • General HVAC knowledge helpful
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
