POSITION TITLE: Assistant Large Group Speech Sponsor
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  5. Must be able to work collaboratively with other faculty and staff
  6. Passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Serve as advisor and assistant for large group speech
  2. Foster a safe and positive learning environment for the class
  3. Serve as a role model for student behavior and conduct
  4. Other duties as directed by the building principal to support the class
