  • Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide real-time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.
  • Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.

  • Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
  • Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet's events, programs, and community outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven retail management experience, with a strong background in customer-facing sales environments.
  • Customer Focused: A role model in delivering exceptional service with energy and empathy.
  • Leader at Heart: Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills.
  • Operational Know-How: Comfortable managing inventory, schedules, and retail operations.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to develop yourself and others in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
  • Accountability: Takes ownership of the team's performance and the store's results.
  • Adaptable: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and carrying 25-50 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.

Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Meaningful Work: Help people move with purpose and make a positive impact on your community.
  • Growth Opportunities: We're committed to your personal and professional development with robust training, career paths, and advancement opportunities.
  • Team-Centric Culture: Join a passionate, supportive group that thrives on collaboration, celebrates wins together, and lives our values in every stride.
  • Authenticity: Be yourself. We value varied perspectives, experiences, and the unique strengths each team member brings.

Benefits:
  • 401(k) with 4% Company Match: Available to employees aged 21+ at company-owned stores.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy savings on industry-leading products and specialized training programs.
  • Professional Development: Grow your career through mentorship opportunities, employee resource groups, and ongoing learning sessions designed to help you reach your full potential.
