Job description

Help Build the Future of Primary Care

KerixHealth is seeking a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to launch our newest Direct Primary Care clinic in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician who believes primary care can-and should-be done differently. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practices comprehensive primary care, and is passionate about restoring the physician-patient relationship.

Our physicians care for smaller patient panels, spend meaningful time with patients, and practice medicine without the constraints of traditional fee-for-service healthcare. We believe in removing barriers to care, solving problems whenever possible within primary care, and delivering the kind of service and accessibility that patients deserve.

We have two established Kansas City area locations (as well as over 20+ more locations nationally), and our Lee's Summit clinic represents the next phase of growth for KerixHealth's Direct Primary Care model. The physician who joins this practice will have the opportunity to build a thriving patient panel and become a trusted healthcare resource within the community.

About KerixHealth

KerixHealth is a physician-led Direct Primary Care organization dedicated to rebuilding healthcare around the needs of patients and physicians. Since our founding, we have championed a relationship-based, membership medicine model that prioritizes access, prevention, continuity of care, and clinical excellence.

Our physicians aren't measured by RVUs or patient volume. Instead, they have the freedom to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care, building meaningful relationships, and helping patients achieve better long-term health outcomes.

What Makes This Opportunity Different
  • Time to build meaningful relationships with your patients
  • Opportunity to launch and grow a new clinic location
  • Broad-scope family medicine without unnecessary restrictions
  • Guaranteed salary not tied to RVUs or patient volume
  • Established Kansas City area presence and referral network
  • Collaborative physician team passionate about Direct Primary Care
  • Opportunity to help advance a model that is transforming healthcare
