Job description

Position Overview:

Provive Wellness is seeking a Fee-for-Service Outpatient Clinician to facilitate group therapy sessions at our Greenwood, IN location for clients struggling with Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

This role is primarily focused on weekend coverage, with additional opportunities for evening or as-needed shifts during the week. The clinician will be responsible for leading engaging, structured, and clinically sound groups while maintaining continuity of care with the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for MH and SUD clients
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT
  • Maintain group engagement, structure, and clinical integrity
  • Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner (EMR)
  • Communicate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in case collaboration as needed
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and program standards
 Schedule & Compensation:
  • Primary need: Weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Additional opportunities for evening and as-needed coverage
  • Fee-for-service compensation based on sessions/groups facilitated
 Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Licensure:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
  • Active Indiana license preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Associate-level/licensure-track candidates may be considered

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Experience working with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder populations required
  • Prior group facilitation experience strongly preferred

  • Structured, reliable, and able to hold clients accountable
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Comfortable using EMR systems
