Data center Assets & Life cycle management Associate:
Duration : 12 months ( ASAP , starts with-in 2 weeks and must go-through HireRight background checks with clean Report)
Rate : $45-$50/Hour
Role: An IT Hardware Asset Management, Data Center Asset associate with 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow specializing in Hardware Asset Management and lifecycle management. Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute complex migrations, audits, and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage and reconcile IT assets for the end-to-end datacenter, end user computing hardware asset lifecycle management, including product model management, support management, physical audit, hardware decommissions and disposition, asset governance to promote operational efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Identified process gaps and planned implementation to improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting policy, risk management, supply chain and customers to define policy, set guidelines requirements for hardware procurement, receiving and disposition.
  • Drive multiple projects including physical audit DC locations annually, RFID tag implementation, asset value assessment and data erasure/disposal program
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.

Created ServiceNow automation through API's, Dashboards for hardware asset disposal, multiple SCTASK to open in close in sequence for common receive, image, install, uninstall and returns. Offboarded employees create receive SCTASK and FedEx label to be emailed to offboard employee's manager to return computers and tablets.
