The Home Delivery Operations Coordinator supports the daily execution of Fitlife Foods’ home delivery fulfillment and distribution operations. This role helps ensure that customer orders are accurately bagged, staged, and prepared on schedule, while supporting smooth coordination among fulfillment teams, drivers, customer service, and operational partners.

Position SummaryThe Home Delivery Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of home delivery fulfillment activities, including order staging, bagging accuracy, route preparation, and operational communication. This role works closely with fulfillment team members, drivers, customer service, and operational leaders to help maintain smooth execution throughout the delivery process.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFullfillment & Daily Operations
  • Support the daily execution of home delivery fulfillment operations
  • Assist with coordinating order bagging, staging, and distribution activities
  • Help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor workflow and communicate operational concerns to leadership
  • Provide hands-on operational support during peak production periods
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for fulfillment team members
  • Reinforce operational procedures, organization, and accountability standards
Customer Experience & Accuracy
  • Help maintain high standards of order accuracy and customer experience
  • Partner with Customer Service teams to help resolve delivery-related concerns
  • Escalate recurring operational or customer issues to leadership appropriately
  • Support a customer-first culture throughout the fulfillment operation
Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
  • Assist with route preparation and delivery coordination activities
  • Utilize systems such as ShipStation, FedEx, Parsley, and related platforms to support operational execution
  • Verify order readiness before route departures
  • Support communication with delivery drivers and external delivery partners as needed.
  • Help coordinate operational adjustments when issues arise
Transportation & Administrative Support
  • Assist with maintaining transportation-related records and documentation
  • Support reporting related to driver activity, incidents, and operational tracking
  • Coordinate communication with Accounting and HR regarding operational documentation as needed
  • Help monitor operational supply and staging needs
Food Safety & Operational Standards
  • Support compliance with food safety, sanitation, handling, and temperature-control procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe fulfillment and staging areas
  • Reinforce adherence to company operational standards and expectations
Process Improvement & Team Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow efficiency
  • Support operational reporting and issue tracking
  • Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives and operational follow-up

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, food production, retail operations, or delivery environments preferred
  • Prior experience in a lead, coordinator, or high-volume operational support role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
  • Experience with operational systems, fulfillment software, or delivery platforms preferred
  • Food production, meal delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout production and fulfillment areas for extended periods
