POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and process a strong work with and an ALL IN mindset to drive results 

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout 
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies 
  • Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables 
  • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders 
  • Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow 
  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams 
  • Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc. 
  • Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success 
  • Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization 
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

 WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones 
  • This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment 
  • When on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots 

 EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 

  • 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required 
  • 2-3+ years of leadership experience required 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required 

  This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
