  • Technical Expertise: Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation solutions, so the Senior Project Manager should have a strong technical background and be proficient in relevant software and tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical infrastructure, medium voltage switchgear, gas insulated switchgear, protection relays, transformers, prefab & E-houses, switchboards, panelboards, metering, MicroGrid, transfer switches, parallelling switchgear, transfer switches, onsite commissioning, and downstream utility infrastructure concepts is beneficial. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SAP, and ability to read electrical drawings is beneficial. 
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: In addition to technical expertise, The Senior Project Manager should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Certification: A professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP is highly desirable for this role and demonstrates a strong understanding of Project Management Principles and best practices.
