Job Summary/Basic Function
The purpose of the Federal Work-Study Program is to give a student an opportunity to develop skills, gain on-the-job experience for future employment, and give the student flexibility to work around class schedules.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a Bay College student in the work study program to be considered for this position. Eligibility for work-study is determined after you file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Work-study requires that you are degree seeking and enrolled in a minimum of one credit that applies towards the semester you are employed.
  • You must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.

  • Assisting testers with questions and/or problems
  • Examine testers identification and class rosters to accurately check testers in to the Testing Center
  • Distributes test materials and monitors the conduct of testers
  • Assist in the enforcement of test security: before, during, and after testing
  • Provides general administrative assistance, to include answering phone inquiries, making copies, creating informational signs, etc.
  • Maintenance of accurate and timely records as directed by the Testing Services Manager
  • Cleaning of desks, glass, computer screens, and other computer technology
  • Performs other duties as assigned
