Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Guide and mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
  • Integrate and manage messaging systems using Apache Kafka.
  • Ensure database performance and integrity through optimized PL/SQL development.
  • Implement and maintain BDD test frameworks using tools like Cucumber.
  • Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps adoption.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java 8+ and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and related Spring ecosystem components.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and messaging-based systems.
  • Familiarity with BDD testing frameworks such as Cucumber.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
