**Overview of the Restorative Aide Role:**
We are in search of a certified nursing assistant with restorative training to coordinate, implement, and provide restorative nursing care to all our residents. You will work under the guidance of the rehabilitation and nursing departments to maximize and maintain the physical functioning and emotional well-being of all residents. Additional responsibilities include:
- Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.
- Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
- Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.
- Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.
**Job Requirements:**
- Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
- Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
- Respiratory experience preferred
