Job description

Ignite Digital has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Logistics Analyst in Charleston, SC. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Logistician will join a team delivering acquisition management strategy and execution for federal government clients.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Provide integrated logistics and logistics documentation support to a government program office supporting expeditionary and operational systems.
Assist with development, review, maintenance, and publication of logistics documentation, technical data, provisioning documentation, lifecycle support products, and sustainment artifacts.
Support logistics planning and coordination activities associated with fielding, sustainment, inventory management, maintenance planning, and operational readiness.
Assist with tracking and managing logistics requirements, action items, risk areas, and program deliverables across multiple stakeholders and integrated product teams (IPTs).
Learn and understand command and organizational relationships to effectively communicate logistics information across government, contractor, and operational stakeholders.
Evaluate current logistics and documentation processes and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and program execution.
Assist with maintaining consistency with product/system performance, configuration, functional and physical attributes, and lifecycle support requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Assist with technical and business analyses, metrics development, data collection, and reporting for assigned projects and logistics efforts.
Coordinate meetings and working groups; capture meeting minutes; track action items; and facilitate collaboration efforts to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on logistics products, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and directives.
Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices utilizing the Microsoft Office 365 tool suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI capabilities where applicable.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting DoD or Federal Government logistics, sustainment, acquisition, or lifecycle management efforts.
Demonstrated experience supporting logistics documentation, sustainment planning, provisioning, inventory management, or lifecycle logistics activities.
Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize technical and programmatic information into clear, concise reports, briefings, and executive summaries.
Demonstrated experience conducting analysis to support programmatic and operational decision-making.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Active DoD Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification in Life Cycle Logistics or related acquisition field.
Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps, Navy, or NIWC organizations, processes, and procedures.
Experience supporting expeditionary, tactical, C4ISR, intelligence, or communications systems.
Experience with provisioning, maintenance planning, inventory tracking, or technical documentation development.
Experience with ICAPS (Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System), PDREP (Product Deficiency Reporting and Evaluation Program), ILIT (Integrated Logistics Information Tool), or related logistics systems.
Experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Experience with lessons learned programs, configuration management, and/or MS Project.
Familiarity with logistics readiness reporting, fielding support, or sustainment operations.

Salary: 78k+ dependent on education and experience
