Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager plays a critical role in developing, strengthening, and retaining a dedicated book of business across North America. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accountsโ€”ensuring seamless communication, proactive problem solving, and consistent delivery of value. This role is ideal for an outgoing, inquisitive logistics professional with freight?forwarding experience, strong account management skills, and a proven ability to upsell and cross sell. Youโ€™ll identify client needs, respond quickly to inquiries, and offer strategic recommendations that elevate customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client relationship management โ€” maintain strong communication and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL freight forwarding
  • Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing considered an asset
  • College diploma in business or related field; bachelorโ€™s degree an asset
  • CIFFA certification considered an advantage
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
