We are hiring a Business Data Analyst for an exciting remote opportunity.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesProvides comprehensive, matrixed analytical support across all portfolio programs by delivering in-depth business case analyses, strategic project planning, and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives. Leverages data-driven insights through the analysis of IT performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Demonstrates the ability to clearly present, justify, and defend findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. Utilizes a wide range of portfolio management and reporting tools, including MS Power BI, EFM Portfolio Task Management systems, PEO Task Tracker, DLA Task Management Tool (TMT), DLA SharePoint, and EFM ServiceNow Workspaces-encompassing Program and Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Routing Assignment Visualization for Enterprise Needs (RAVEN)-to effectively track, manage, and optimize portfolio performance. The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred.
