The U.S. Investment & Corporate Banking Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Debt Capital Solutions (DCS) business, which includes Leveraged Finance, Commercial Loan Sales and Structuring, Investment Grade, and Direct Lending products.

This role is responsible for monitoring financial performance, maintaining accurate business reporting, and supporting the planning and forecasting processes for DCS. The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide controllership oversight for loan fee activity, partnering closely with Accounting, Operations, and Strategy to ensure results are complete and accurate.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis and accounting judgment with the ability to independently investigate complex issues, interpret large data sets, and communicate actionable insights to business partners and senior leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Drive financial reporting and performance analysis that communicate business performance, key trends, and drivers of financial results for the Debt Capital Solutions (DCS) business leaders

  • Analyze financial results and large data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating findings into decision-ready reporting for senior leadership

  • Partner with Business, Strategy, Operations and Accounting teams to provide insights, resolve reporting issues and support strategic business initiatives

  • Provide controllership oversight of loan-fee activity, including accounting validation, reconciliation, close processes, and financial controls

  • Investigate and resolve differences across multiple data sources with a strong focus on root cause and reporting accuracy

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, workflow redesign, data quality, and controls.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or related analytical function

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or CFA a plus

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate detailed financial information into concise, decision-ready insights

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting principles

  • Experience working with financial systems such as Oracle Essbase, Anaplan, SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms

Salary:

$57,500.00 - $106,500.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
