Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our logistics operations while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods locally 

- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations

- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, and vehicle maintenance

- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo, securing loads as necessary

- Report any mechanical issues promptly

- Make timely and safe deliveries

- Load and unload delivery trucks (Company and Vendors)

- Must be able to drive forklifts and run saws safely

- Keep yard and trucks clean

- Put inventory in designated areas (on job site and company yard)

- Help customers with their orders 

- Make sure paperwork are correct


Skills and Qualifications:


- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards

- Excellent driving skills and attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle physical demands of the job

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

- Customer Service

- Knowledge of inventory and equipment

This is a Full-Time Position.

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record (Required) - Class A (Preferred)

Proven experience as a CDL driver, preferably in freight or logistics

Current Medical Card

Clean driving record

Education: High School or equivalent

Warehouse: Minimum 1 year 

Must be able to lift 100+ lbs.

Forklift knowledge
