We are searching for an attorney who can hit the ground running and provide great representation to clients. You must show compassion and the capacity to create relationships with the clientele. This is a position for an experienced attorney who is capable, knowledgeable, and confident in handling a workload with relative autonomy while working with a great legal team.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill and is negotiable. The salary plan comprises a base wage as well as bonuses for output and performance. We provide [BENEFITS]. We also pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and some voluntary bar memberships that have been approved.

Responsibilities• Arrange client meetings to discuss legal strategies, evaluate options, and work relentlessly to determine the best course of action
• Set the legal strategy based on each client's goals, the facts of the case, and applicable law to determine a proper solution
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work while taking full ownership for the outcome and all deadlines
• Keep track of the time and value you provided to clients so you can evaluate what worked and what didn't, as well as what you might do better in the future
• Compose letters and legal documents for contract discussions and proceedings, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements
Qualifications• Applicants must have successfully passed the Georgia bar exam and be in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam and be in good standing ((STATE/FEDERAL)) Bar Association
• Proven experience practicing as an Attorney
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
