  • Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality study outcomes and recommendations
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of study management processes across the MMM sector
  • Review study deliverables and provide technical leadership to maintain quality and consistency
  • Contribute to MMM strategy and identify opportunities to strengthen our study delivery capabilities
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development and strategic pursuits
  • Develop innovative solutions that help customers address technical, operational and commercial challenges
  • Apply industry knowledge and sound judgment to manage project risks and support informed decision-making
  • Ensure studies comply with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams by sharing knowledge, coaching future leaders and fostering continuous improvement
  • Champion innovation through the application of new technologies, digital tools and improved ways of working
  • Support the successful transition of projects from study phases into execution
  • Promote a culture where safety, collaboration and excellence are at the center of everything we do

What you'll bring

Required qualifications and experience

  • 10+ years of experience in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry
  • 8+ years of Engineering Services Project (ESP) experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading front end studies, advisory services, concept studies, prefeasibility studies (PFS) and feasibility studies (FS)
  • Knowledge of NI 43-101 and SK-1300 reporting requirements
  • Experience across mining projects involving base metals, precious metals and/or energy transition minerals
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary study teams and manage complex project delivery challenges
  • Strong understanding of study development methodologies, project management approaches and value optimization principles
  • Experience engaging with customers and translating technical information into practical business solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate options, identify risks and support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred experience

  • Strategic pursuits and proposal development
  • Development of technical proposals, value propositions and project execution strategies
  • Engineering and project delivery methodology development
  • Customer-facing technical and business presentations
  • Mining regulatory and MSHA certification and experience
