Job description

Inside Sales Representative – Collegiate

Coppell, TX | Hybrid (Tue–Thu in office)

We’re seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth across collegiate bookstores and career colleges. This role is perfect for a hunter + relationship builder who thrives on creating new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage new collegiate accounts through calls, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Re-engage “lukewarm” accounts and grow relationships within existing bookstores/career colleges.
  • Partner with distributors to promote and sell our leading healthcare apparel brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing, S&OP, merchandising, and design to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce/Hubspot, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers at all levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in new business development.
  • Comfortable with both cold calling and relationship management (not dialing for dollars, but proactive and fearless).
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce/Hubspot preferred).
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and collaborative.
  • Experience in healthcare apparel or education-related sales is a plus.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Opportunity to own and grow a territory with a mix of new and existing accounts.
  • Hybrid schedule (Coppell office Tue–Thu).
  • Minimal travel (occasional trade shows and customer visits).
  • Budget-based incentives
  • Supportive culture with cross-functional collaboration and resources to help you succeed.

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, fearless in outreach, and excited to build strong relationships in the collegiate space. If that sounds like you, let’s connect.

Benefits Package Includes:
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, disability, paid maternity/paternity leave, FSA, and more.

Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, genetic information, or other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
