Job Title: Health Care & Policy / FDA - Associate
Practice Area: Health Care & Life Sciences
Employment Type: Full-time
Talantage is seeking an immediate opening for a Health Care Associate to join our client's respected Health Care practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex regulatory compliance issues relating to drugs and medical devices.
  • Provide guidance on matters involving current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
  • Support clients with compliance strategies, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to navigate FDA-related challenges.
Qualifications
  • J.D. degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in health care, life sciences, or related regulatory work.
  • Active license to practice in DC required.
  • Strong background in drug and medical device regulatory compliance; CGMP experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a scientific background (analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, microbiology) preferred.
  • Experience at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and interpersonal abilities are required.
