HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

Communicate with internal/external customers via multiple mediums with accuracy and professionalism
Communicate decisions and information as well as manage daily Service Levels
Address and resolve all customer inquiries, in a professional and efficient manner, always responding to the customer's needs ensuring a positive customer experience
Perform back office tasks as required to complete the client interaction
Educate customers on processes, ordering platforms and the various products FCT offers
Review existing transactions and address and inform customers on any issues relating to their specific files, escalating when necessary
Keep up to date on all policies, procedures, practices including department policies/practices and the Companywide best practices

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1 year Customer Service - phone or in person

1 year experience in Title Insurance, Real Estate or Residential Lending
1 year Data entry
Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and French (would be an asset)
Intermediate level proficiency (Word and Excel)
Team player who can work with minimal supervision
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving
Availability to work between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm EST Monday to Friday. (7.5 hrs./day)
Ability to work independently and consistently meet strict deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to deal with stressful situations while remaining calm and positive

Total Direct Compensation:

50,470 - 60,640

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
