Bookkeeper

Location: Cedar City, Utah
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17/hour, increasing to $20/hour after 90 days

Position Overview

GateOne is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at our Cedar City location. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, comfortable working with financial information, and proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

GateOne provides premium aviation and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who brings those same qualities to the financial and administrative side of our operation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain financial documentation and records
  • Research and help resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to responsibly handle confidential financial information

Previous aviation or FBO experience is welcome but is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after 90 days. Medical benefits are available.
