Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Schedule

  • Saturday and Sunday
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Additional weekday hours may be available.


We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our ILG FBO in New Castle, Delaware. This is a part-time position primarily covering weekend shifts, with additional weekday hours available as needed.


This role is often the first point of contact for customers, pilots, passengers, and visitors, so providing outstanding customer service is our top priority.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, pilots, passengers, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with general inquiries.
  • Process customer transactions and payments accurately.
  • Coordinate with line service personnel to support daily FBO operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer lobby.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support.
  • Help ensure an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
