Job description

Unarmed Security Officer (Level II) Armed Security Officer (Level III) About the Position

Task Force Solutions is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. Officers provide security services for bars, nightclubs, entertainment venues, special events, and commercial properties throughout the Houston area. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a professional presence, de-escalate situations, and protect people and property while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a highly visible security presence.
  • Control access points and verify identification when required.
  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity and policy violations.
  • De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Complete detailed incident reports before the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Texas Level II / lll Security Officer License.
  • Valid Texas driverโ€™s license or government-issued identification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background screening and drug screening, if required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in bar, nightclub, event, hospitality, or commercial security.
  • Military, law enforcement, or corrections experience.
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with report writing and conflict resolution.
Schedule
  • Primarily evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
  • Overtime opportunities based on client needs.
