FB Society is looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is built for a designer who can think strategically, execute beautifully, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment supporting multiple brands.
You'll work across a portfolio of concepts ranging from elevated casual dining, eateries and hospitality experiences. You will create everything from campaign creative and menus to social assets, in-store collateral, signage, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
We're looking for someone who can balance strong creative instincts with production accuracy, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring fresh ideas to the table while maintaining brand consistency across our unique concepts.
What You'll Do
• Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, social, web, email, events, and in-store marketing
• Execute brand campaigns that align with each concept's personality and voice
• Create and update menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and experiential graphics
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, culinary, beverage, and leadership teams to bring initiatives to life
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute strategic visual ideas
• Prepare print-ready files and work directly with vendors when needed
• Maintain brand standards while adapting creative to evolving business needs
• Support openings, activations, seasonal campaigns, and company initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a high-volume environment
• Provide thoughtful, creative solutions while staying flexible and collaborative
What We're Looking For
• 4+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, digital, and print work
• Experience designing for hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or experiential brands preferred
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and production setup
• Ability to work within multiple brand voices and visual identities
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to jump in where needed
Required Skills
• Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, especially:
o InDesign
o Illustrator
o Photoshop
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Leveraging AI image-generation tools to enhance image sourcing, concept development, and creative design execution.
• Understanding of print production and vendor file setup
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and social formats
• Photography, motion, illustration, or video editing skills are a bonus
