Description
As a Shift Lead at FatCats, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our guests have an amazing experience while keeping the team engaged and motivated. You'll support daily operations, lead by example, and help drive the team toward meeting goals.
You start the shift with a quick team huddle, sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout your shift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track labor costs, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.
The Schedule
Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
