The Gist

We are looking for a driven, team player who is passionate about providing exceptional service as a Kitchen Lead. The Kitchen Lead assists the Kitchen Manager in managing the preparation of food items, inventory, ordering and daily kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant/bowling and entertainment center.

A Day in the Life of a Shift Lead

As a Kitchen Lead, you'll begin each shift with a team huddle to set daily goals and priorities. Throughout the day, you'll assist with making orders, food prep, and guiding the kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency. You'll manage inventory, monitor food costs, and address challenges to keep operations running smoothly. At the end of the shift, you'll review performance, ensure cleaning tasks are completed, and share updates with management.

  • Provide leadership to the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with management objectives.
