What You'll Do
  • Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations including Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping
  • Accurately fill customer orders following established operational processes
  • Assist in local deliveries when the need arises
  • Release, prioritize, and determine any special requirements needed for customer orders
  • Understand and comprehend a variety of operational procedures, some area specific, to provide hands-on assistance where needed
  • Aid in inventory restocking and shipping areas to ensure seamless distribution center processes
  • Safely operate all warehouse equipment and obey all safety rules
  • Help maintain accurate distribution center inventory quantity and quality while pulling product; restocks order fulfillment supplies as needed
  • Follow all housekeeping procedures; maintain clean and organized warehouse

  • 1-3 years of operations experience
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations
  • Must make safety a priority.
  • Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.
