Job Description

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is motivated to drive growth. If you’re solution-oriented and passionate about helping contractors and manufacturers succeed, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach

  • Manage and grow customer accounts while proactively resolving issues

  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure exceptional customer follow-through

  • Present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs

  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments

  • Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships


What We’re Looking For

1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
Established industry network or strong ability to build one
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
