  • Drive continuous improvement through post-launch analysis and lessons learned
  • Help build scalable commercialization practices to support future growth
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management, commercialization, innovation, or product launch experience
  • Experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, beverage, or related industries strongly preferred

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or co-manufacturing partners is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification considered an asset
Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • High-impact role with direct influence on innovation and growth initiatives
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Hybrid work arrangement within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Exposure to leading retailers, customers, manufacturing partners, and co-manufacturers
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package
Opportunity to build and improve commercialization processes in a growing organization
Interested?
