We are a high-energy, fast-paced breakfast restaurant known for delivering exceptional food and quick service during peak morning hours. Our kitchen thrives on precision, speed, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook who can handle the heat and keep up with a demanding breakfast rush.

Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing breakfast dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. This role requires someone who is highly organized, efficient under pressure, and committed to maintaining high food quality standards during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items quickly and accurately during high-volume service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation at all times
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket execution
  • Handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and opening duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in a high-volume breakfast setting
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
