We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury law to join our dynamic and growing legal team. In this role, you will provide vital support in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth case progression and effective client communication. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities
Assist attorney with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake, document preparation, and file management
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and legal arguments
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests such as interrogatories, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Manage case files efficiently using document management systems like MyCase, OneDrive and EvenUp, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Coordinate client interviews, gather evidence, and facilitate communication between clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Support litigation processes by preparing trial exhibits, organizing deposition transcripts, and assisting with court filings
