Important Training Requirements

To set every team member up for long-term success, all Nashville hires will complete a 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the Nashville market.

During training, you'll work directly with experienced leaders, learn our proven sales and leadership systems, and gain hands-on experience managing restoration projects.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
  • Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
  • Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service

Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 year roofing sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Coachable with leadership potential
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
