We are seeking out individuals with leadership qualities who could potentially be chosen to join our General Office as a Partner. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional to acquire practical experience. Once you fulfill the program criteria, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner.
