Job description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fast-track retail construction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-paced environments, managing tight timelines, active job sites, and demanding clients.

You will take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and execution stay on track. This is a high-impact role for a PM who knows how to deliver quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Own project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
  • Manage preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, scope review, and risk identification
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
  • Support post-completion service and client follow-through

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in fast-track retail construction
  • Strong ability to manage compressed schedules and high-pressure timelines
  • Experience working in live/occupied retail environments preferred
  • Multi-site or national rollout experience is a strong plus
  • Background in preconstruction (budgeting, scheduling, scope development)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable using construction management software and digital tools
