Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; no weekends
Pay Type: Flat rate

About Auto Stop Elite

Auto Stop Elite is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Sterling, Virginia. This flat-rate opportunity offers earning potential of $100,000-$200,000 per year with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. Technicians average approximately 55 flagged hours per week, supported by a high-volume shop, modern equipment, state-of-the-art technology, and an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, general repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections.

  • Diagnose drivability concerns and complete intermediate to advanced diagnostic work.

  • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, including wiring-related concerns.

  • Perform suspension and brake system repairs.

  • Perform wheel alignments using the shop's alignment equipment.

  • Remove and replace vehicle components as required for assigned repairs.

  • Complete work across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

  • Maintain a minimum production expectation of 45 billed hours per week.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of automotive repair experience REQUIRED

  • Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic skills.

  • ASE certification required.

  • Experience servicing and repairing a variety of makes and models.

  • Experience with Snap-on, Autel, Launch, Mac Tools, or factory diagnostic software.

  • Digital vehicle inspection experience preferred.

  • Must have your own tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat-rate compensation with annual earning potential of $100,000-$200,000+.

  • Approximately 55 flagged hours per week on average; actual production and earnings vary.

  • Minimum production expectation of 45 billed hours per week.

  • Three-month starting guarantee.

  • $3-per-hour flat-rate increase when production exceeds 110 hours in a pay period.

  • Bi-weekly direct deposit.
