Position Overview

The CREW LABORER amp; DRIVER role supports our landscape crews in various manual tasks essential to providing exceptional service to our clients. This position involves assisting with loading/unloading equipment, performing basic landscape maintenance tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization on job sites, and providing general support in the shop and field as needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, values teamwork, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality results.


Job DutiesField Support
  • Assist crew members with daily landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, digging, and clean-up.

  • Help load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites.

Equipment amp; Shop Maintenance
  • Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools, equipment, and storage areas.

  • Report equipment or material issues promptly to the supervisor.

Safety amp; Procedures
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Ensure equipment and materials are handled safely and responsibly.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment at all times.


Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

  • Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
