Kitchen Team Members at DAK’s Market are fully cross-trained and work across all stations in the food service area. You’ll prepare food, serve guests, support kitchen operations, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. What You’ll Do
Prepare all food according to recipe standards while following strict safety and sanitation procedures.
Monitor sales volume to ensure proper food preparation and product availability.
Communicate promptly with teammates and management about food levels and quality.
Complete cleaning, stocking, and workstation duties per daily operating procedures.
Follow all food safety, time, temperature, and cost-control guidelines.
Provide friendly, efficient guest service, offer suggestions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, presentation, and pricing.
