Job Summary
Join the Program Acquisition Executive (PAE), Fires - Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Ground Support Equipment Project Office (GSEPO) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the portfolio of PATRIOT GSE, and the integrated battle command system (IBCS) systems of systems (SoS).
As a Logistics Management Specialist, you will support acquisition logistics within the IFMC portfolio of air defense weapons systems along with force management and other requirements documents, statutory and regulatory documentation, operational and logistics analysis, congressional reporting tasks, and requests for information from the Department of War (DoW) and Army higher echelons. This role requires applying broad acquisition logistics expertise to ensure efficient lifecycle management of the entire assigned air defense sector, while operating within Title 10 United States Code (USC), Department of War instruction (DoWI) and Army regulations (AR).
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Logistics Management Specialist supporting acquisition and sustainment functions for the PATRIOT and Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) programs
  • Perform analyses for tables of equipment (TOE), modified tables of equipment (MTOE), and tables of distribution and allowance (TDA), author and build basis of issue plans (BOIP), and work with multiple stakeholder agencies to staff them
  • Create documents for materiel release (MR) and type classification (TC) such as life cycle sustainment plans (LCSP), business case analysis (BCA), and other key acquisition documents in accordance with Army regulations
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of critical supply factors for stocked non-stocked, and non-demand items
  • Perform procurement support, demand planning, and budget-related logistics analysis
  • Utilize multiple DoW and Army logistics budgetary, and operational data systems such as Army Vantage, cQuiP, FMSweb, DLA portals, AIR, and others
  • Review engineering change proposals (ECP) and other Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables for both U.S. and FMS customers and provide recommendations back to the CCB
  • Provide rapid response to staff action control officer (SACO) taskings providing analysis, and feedback to IFMC to ensure compliance with Title 10 USC, DoW instruction, and Army regulations for logistics and operational areas of responsibility

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Stellar abilities working in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain active security clearance
  • Extensive knowledge in Title 10 USC, DOW instructions and Army regulations pertaining to life cycle logistics, acquisition for an MDAP program.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of the Warfighter Acquisition University (WARU) Level III Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management.
  • Microsoft Office Certified Professional
  • Experience supporting U.S. Army or other service acquisition or sustainment programs
  • Proficiency with Army Vantage, DoW Gen AI, FMSweb, and DLA applications.
  • Knowledge of the Army force management system, Army property accountability and inventory management regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to acquisition, and logistics issues
  • Experience with demand planning, budget tracking, or financial logistics support
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
