Must be flexible, shift varies first on weekends and second during the week.
Operations & Guest Service
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in face-paced environment.
  • Maintain standards for product quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet labor targets while supporting business needs.
