Crew Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

What does a shift at Chick-fil-A as a Front of House Team Member look like?

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day starts with a team huddle to set goals, followed by prepping the dining area and counter for a welcoming guest experience. You’ll engage with customers during busy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner rushes, taking orders with a smile, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent service at the counter or drive-thru. Between serving, you’ll maintain a spotless dining area, offer table touches for refills, and collaborate with your team to keep the pace lightning-fast and friendly.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
