Job description

Production Associate II – Food Manufacturing (Day Shift)

Location: Lodi, CA
Pay: $18.50 per hour (W2)
Shift: Day Shift | Start Time 6:45 AM (± 2 hours)

Job Summary

Hiring Production Associates to support food manufacturing operations at its Lodi, CA facility. This is a hands-on production role working in an artisan bread/oven environment. Candidates with manufacturing or food processing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is not warehouse or forklift work.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Start time: 6:45 AM (± 2 hours)
  • Optional Saturday work based on production needs
  • Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

  • Monitor products to ensure quality standards (size, weight, appearance, toppings)
  • Remove defective products from the production line
  • Maintain pace with a fast-moving production line
  • Pack products into boxes, label, stack, and palletize
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
  • Assist machine operators and support production teams as needed

Requirements

  • Production, manufacturing, or food processing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends if required
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
