Step into a pivotal role where your creative vision and technical expertise will drive digital content for a globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand. As a key member of the creative team, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling, social-first video content that resonates with a vast audience. This isn't just about editing; it's about storytelling, innovation, and seeing your work reach millions. You'll collaborate closely with Art Directors, translating concepts into captivating digital experiences and contributing directly to high-impact campaigns across social, email, and web channels.
What You'll Do

  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to expertly edit, enhance, animate, and deliver polished creative assets.

  • Collaborate effectively with creative partners, communicate proactively, and confidently manage multiple priorities.
  • Potentially support content capture/shooting based on your experience and project needs, expanding your impact.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong hands-on video editing experience, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio or reel.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, showcasing your mastery of video editing workflows.
  • Proven experience with Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and animation for digital content.
  • Direct experience editing content specifically tailored for social media platforms.
  • Ability to execute quick-turn edits efficiently within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Approximately 1-2+ years of relevant design, video editing, or creative production experience; strong internship or early-career professional experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based creative workflows.
  • Strong visual sensibility and a deep understanding of digital design and creative production principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, fostering productive team environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Awareness of current social and fashion trends, informing your creative decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have
  • Experience within fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, or another visually driven consumer brand.
  • Experience shooting or capturing video content in addition to editing.
  • Strong motion graphics capabilities in After Effects.
  • Experience working alongside Art Directors or within an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Understanding of short-form social storytelling and platform-native creative.
