Company Description

Ella Blū is a high-end women’s boutique offering a curated selection of apparel, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and gifts. For more than 20 years, Ella Blū has focused on distinctive style, exceptional customer service, and creating a personalized shopping experience for every client.

Our team takes pride in building lasting relationships with our customers, helping them discover new styles, and creating complete looks that make them feel confident.

Our stylists are more than sales associates. They get to know their clients, understand their individual style, and help create complete looks using apparel, shoes, jewelry, and accessories.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, assisting customers in the fitting room, recommending additional pieces, meeting individual and team sales goals, processing transactions, and helping maintain an organized and visually appealing boutique.

Stylists will also stay current on new arrivals, brands, and fashion trends and assist with merchandising and other daily boutique operations.

An interest or experience in social media and content creation is a plus, but is not required.

Our Ideal Stylist

We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves fashion, styling, and helping women feel confident
  • Is outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations
  • Enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and developing a loyal clientele
  • Has strong customer service and communication skills
  • Is comfortable recommending products and creating complete looks
  • Is sales-driven while maintaining a personalized, service-first approach
  • Is dependable, positive, and works well as part of a team
  • Has a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the Ella Blū brand
  • Is willing to learn our brands, merchandise, and new arrivals
  • Is available approximately 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
  • Has previous boutique, fashion, styling, or retail sales experience preferred, but not required

What We Offer

  • $18.00 per hour
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Monthly team commission opportunity
  • 30% employee discount on clothing
  • Hands-on experience in styling, sales, clienteling, merchandising, and boutique operations
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Opportunity for growth and advancement as Ella Blū continues to expand through franchising into new markets
  • The chance to grow with an established boutique brand during an exciting period of expansion

If you love fashion, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a growing brand where there is an opportunity to develop and advance, we would love to hear from you.
