Job description

Job description:

Bobbles & Lace Indianapolis is an elevated women’s boutique offering high-fashion pieces at an accessible price point. We specialize in head-to-toe styling — from career to vacation, girls’ night out to everyday confidence — serving all individuals who want to look effortlessly put together. This location will be opening in the Bottleworks District in the early Fall.

We are looking for a part-time Stylist who loves fashion, thrives in a client-focused environment, and is passionate about helping women feel confident and seen. This is more than retail — it’s styling, relationship-building, and creating an experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional styling experiences for every client
  • Create complete, head-to-toe outfits
  • Build genuine relationships with new and repeat clients
  • Drive sales through thoughtful styling and product knowledge
  • Maintain a polished, visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and new arrivals
  • Support in-store events and private shopping experiences (Girls’ Nights Out, styling appointments, etc.)
  • Represent the brand professionally in-store and on social media when needed
  • Support register duties and client departure

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about fashion and current trends
  • Naturally confident styling women of all ages and body types
  • Warm, engaging, and energized by people
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Available to work weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays required)

What We Offer

  • Clothing stipend, discount, and other incentives
  • A fun, high-energy boutique environment
  • Opportunities to grow within the brand
  • Hands-on styling experience and ongoing fashion education
  • Being part of a brand that empowers women and supports the local community

If you love putting outfits together, connecting with women, and being part of something stylish and community-focused, we’d love to meet you.

Starting Pay: $15 an hour

**Candidates must be 18+ and available on weekends during operating hours**

This location will be opening in the Bottleworks District in the early Fall.
