As Senior Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Fashion Active business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth.
What you’ll do:
  • Set and execute sourcing strategies for Private Brands to drive profitable growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners.
  • Influence key decisions across product development, supply chain, and merchandising.
  • Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative private brand products.
  • Serve as the category expert, anticipating trends and driving business forward.

What you’ll bring:
  • Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories.
  • 7+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing, including major brand or importer/agent experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
