  • cabi Outlet is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.     What You'll Do

    As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and achieve store goals. You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires excellence, fosters customer loyalty, and helps bring the cabi brand to life.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, client engagement, and relationship-building
    • Support sales growth by helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and key metrics
    • Assist in developing and executing action plans that drive store performance and profitability
    • Build lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach initiatives
    • Support local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunities
    • Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
    • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with cabi brand standards
    • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor while supporting customers and team members
    • Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and operational procedures
    • Support cash handling, store records, banking procedures, and overall operational compliance
    • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
    • Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership support to the team
    What We're Looking For
    • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail supervisor, or similar leadership role
    • Passion for fashion, customer service, and team development
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
    • Experience analyzing sales performance and key business metrics
    • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
    Qualifications
    • Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
    • Comfortable using ladders or step stools
