Field Engineers - Landover, MD (System Engineer or System Administrator labor categories depending on experience)

Our Field Engineers will conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.


Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.

Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.

Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.

Act as local on-site representative to customers organization.

CONUS and OCONUS travel required - with the possibility of hazardous duty locations

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience in the field of electronics, computer/network hardware

An active TS / SCI

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Security + Certification

A+ Certification

Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and VTC equipment

Familiarity with KG-175, or base communications tech controls
